CPD System Help Desk

User will:

•    Apply for the voiding of a single CPD or CPD range.

•    Understand what process (steps) needs to be followed by a Club Admin / Club User to apply for the voiding of a CPD or CPD range. 

•    Understand what process (steps) is followed by a FIA Admin to process a void request from a Club.

•    Understand what information is required in to order apply for the voiding of a CPD or CPD range. 

•    Understand how to establish if a CPD/CPD’s have been voided and how the dashboard updates.
