CPD Application Introduction:

Applications can only be processed, once a Club or Club Outlet has received CPD stock and updated the CPD pricing.

The CPD applications are carried out by the Club Head Office.

CPD application options, apply as a consumer via the Online Application Link, or as a Club User who logs onto the system and completes the application as if it was received via post or courier.

Complete an application via the web link (Manual 4 A)

In your country and Club set up, you received an email with the unique URL link for your Club’s online CPD app. This is the link that you would place on your Club’s website, and customers can apply for a CPD via this app.

Once the customer has completed the online application process, the system will then notify the Club that an application has been received.

A Club User will log onto the CPD system and can then verify and complete the application, and if all correct would then be able to Issue the CPD.

Section 1
User will:
•Complete the CPD online application process (as a customer applying for a CPD)
•Understand what process (steps) needs to be followed by a potential customer applying for a CPD, who has opted to apply using the “CPD Online Application” process.
•Understand the customer user experience.
•Understand how the system will notify the client and Club, once a customer has completed the application.
Section 2
User will:
•Complete, and confirm an Online Application receive from a customer.
•Understand what process (steps) needs to be followed by a Club User, to confirm an application.
•Upload documents onto the E-CPD System.
•Understand how to edit a CPD application.
•Understand how to view the “print summary” of the CPD.
