User will:

  • Complete the CPD “Returning Applicant” application process (as a customer applying for a CPD)
  • Understand what process (steps) needs to be followed by a potential customer applying for a CPD, who has opted to apply using the “CPD Returning Applicant Online Application” process.
  • Understand the customer user experience.
  • Understand how the system will notify the client and Club, once a customer has completed the application.
