  • Error Message 404
  • Error Message 500
  • Arjo QR Code not validating 
  • Cannot log in - even after password reset completed
  • Email not received


Before you decide to log a ticket regarding your complaint, consider whether or not it is one of the issues listed Above. 

  • If it is one of the issues listed above, it is advised that you place a ticket immediately. 
  • If it is not we recommend going through the How To Section of the help desk thoroughly to try to resolve the problem before logging a ticket. 


If you need to log a ticket you will need to provide the following information:

1. What action or process were you doing when this server error occurred? (e.g. Submitted an application and server error showed) 

2. Did you try to complete the action a second time, if yes did the server error occur again?

3. Please copy and paste the URL of the page. 

4. If possible please provide a screenshot of the last action you were doing before the error occurred, as well as a screenshot of the error message.
