If you Cannot log in - even after password reset, this means that there is a issue which has to be investigated by the technical team.


Please note the following before logging a ticket:

  • The Username and Password is case sensitive. So please ensure that you enter the username (email address) in the same manner as when registered on the system - i.e. in certain instances, a capital letter was used at the beginning of the email address when setting up the User - and then a user when inserting username, uses a lower case letter. The system will then not recognise this as valid.
  • Please be sure that when resetting your password to use a combination of Uppercase, lowercase and characters (!@#$%^&*) 
  • There is a 1-hour expiry period for the temporary password that is sent by email, when you start the reset password process. If the time lapse period is exceeded, then you will need to start the process again.


If the problem continues, it is recommend that you open up a help desk ticket immediately and please provide a screenshot of the error message.
