Survey
Once a ticket has been resolved / closed, a Survey will be sent to the person who logged the Support Ticket and allows the User to provide feedback with regards to the assistance that they received.

By Clicking on the rating that you feel was pertinent to your experience, the system will then open a new window, and will then provide an additional field, where a user can enter any additional information. Once info inputted, or if no additional info has been provided then click on submit.

The System will acknowledge receipt.
The results will be reviewed by Management.
