The replacement of a CPD will take place, when an issued CPD document is damaged, lost or stolen by the Client.
(This process is not to be used to replace an issued CPD which has errors, as there is a separate process - to read more Click here )
The Replacement of a CPD needs to be recorded on the system by the Issuing Club.
- The approval process to replace a CPD takes place outside of the system.
This article will assist a user to be able to:
- Complete the “Replacement of a CPD” process
- Understand what process (steps) needs to be completed on the system by a Club User, to
- “Replace a CPD”
- Understand how to void the current CPD on the system as part of the process, before issuing a replacement CPD.
- Understand how to issue a new CPD and validate a new QR Code for the replacement CPD.
- Understand how to check the status of a CPD to ensure that it has been Replaced.
